Item of 1 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 7, 2013 No. 538 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 63, the Art. 2283).

In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 1999 No. 1329 "About some questions of recognition in Ukraine of diplomas about award of scientific degrees" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 30, Art. 1527; 2013, No. 63, Art. 2283; 2016, No. 3, of the Art. 185) of the word "issued only by the Ministry of Education and Science" shall be replaced with words also in figures "issued by the Ministry of Education and Science, the diplomas of the doctor of philosophy issued by institutions of higher education (scientific institutions) after October 15, 2019 in the form approved by the Ministry of Education and Science".
