According to article 15 of the Federal law "The Technical Regulation about Safety of Buildings and Constructions" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

requirements to content of results of application of the methods of reasons for compliance of architectural, functional and technological, constructive, technical and other concepts and actions for safety of the buildings, constructions, processes performed at all stages of their lifecycle, to requirements provided by part 6 of article 15 of the Federal law "The Technical Regulation about Safety of Buildings and Constructions", the established specified Federal Law;

requirements to procedure for preparation and approval of results of application of the methods of reasons for compliance of architectural, functional and technological, constructive, technical and other concepts and actions for safety of the buildings, constructions, processes performed at all stages of their lifecycle, to requirements provided by part 6 of article 15 of the Federal law "The Technical Regulation about Safety of Buildings and Constructions", the established specified Federal Law.

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024 and is effective till August 31, 2030 inclusive.
