About approval of the Regulations on conducting the state environmental assessment

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on conducting the state environmental assessment.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 7, 2020 No. 1796 "About approval of the Regulations on conducting the state environmental assessment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 46, the Art. 7296);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 5, 2022 No. 1562 "About modification of the Regulations on conducting the state environmental assessment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 37, the Art. 6357);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 27, 2023 No. 1036 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 27, the Art. 5012);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2023 No. 2403 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 1, the Art. 264).

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024, except for the paragraph of the fifth Item 34 of the Provision approved by this resolution which becomes effective since September 1, 2025.

4. The provision approved by this resolution is effective till September 1, 2030, except for the paragraph of the fourth Item 34 of the specified Provision which is effective till September 1, 2025.
