According to Article 123 of the Labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan I ORDER:

1. Approve Approximate regulations on carrying out tender in case of employment according to appendix.

2. This order is approved with Agency on anti-corruption of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Approximate regulations on carrying out tender in case of employment

This Approximate provision determines procedure for carrying out tender in case of employment in the organization irrespective of pattern of ownership and departmental accessory (further - the organizations).

Requirements of this Approximate provision do not extend to the organizations in which the procedure for carrying out tender for employment is determined by separate acts of the legislation.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. In this Approximate provision the following basic concepts are used:

the candidate - person who showed willingness to participate in tender for receipt of specific vacant workplace (position) in the organization;

qualification requirements - the requirements to work experience and professional competence of candidates established by the employer.
