About entering into some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of changes concerning streamlining of activities of separate divisions of the legal entity formed according to the legislation of foreign state
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changes concerning streamlining of activities of separate divisions of the legal entity formed according to the legislation of foreign state which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 3, 2024, except the paragraph of the fifth subitem 2 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the date of publication of this resolution.
