Changes in the Procedure, forms and requirements concerning representation to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine information on the operating government assistance to subjects of the managing approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of December 28, 2015 No. 43-rp, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 26, 2016 at No. 141/28271.

2. To department of monitoring and control of government assistance (Chabanyuk A.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
