About introduction of amendments to acts of inspection concerning implementation of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 13, 2023 to No. 131 "About liquidation of territorial authority of National police", the paragraph of third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs concerning activities of National police of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Act of inspection of the objects or rooms intended for implementation of the activities connected with development, production, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, realization (leave), use and destruction of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the order of January 10, 2018 No. 9, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2018 at No. 121/31573, such changes:
the word "rank" shall be replaced with words "special ranks";
replace the words "names", "name", "full name" respectively with the words "own names", "own name", "surname, own name, middle name (in the presence)";
after the words "middle name" to add with words "(in the presence)";
shall be replaced with words words of "the territorial (isolated) subdivision of interregional territorial authority of National police concerning fight against narcocrime" "structural division concerning fight against narcocrime of territorial authority of National police";
