About approval of Methodology of calculation of energy value of the packed foodstuff and Sanitary regulations on informing consumers on availability in bulk culinary products of the substances causing allergy or intolerance

Based on part (2) article 6 of the Law No. 10/2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), with subsequent changes, parts (4) Articles 1, parts (6) Article 30 and part (4) article 37 of the Law No. 279/2017 on informing consumers concerning foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 7-17, 54), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Methodology of calculation of energy value of the packed foodstuff according to appendix No. 1;

2) Sanitary regulations on informing consumers on availability in bulk culinary products of the substances causing allergy or intolerance according to appendix No. 2.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency of public health and the National agency on safety of foodstuff according to the spheres of competence established in the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff.
