Some questions of liquidation of territorial authorities of the State inspection of architecture and town planning

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures concerning liquidation of territorial authorities of the State inspection of architecture and town planning as structural divisions of the office of the specified Inspectorate for the list according to appendix.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to the state inspection of architecture and town planning:

implementation of the actions connected with accomplishment of Item 1 of this resolution;

implementation of functions and powers of territorial authorities which are liquidated.

3. Bring the enclosed changes in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
