About measures for further enhancement of delivery of health care to the children having oncological, hematologic and immunological diseases

Within state programs of reforming of health care system special attention is paid to improvement of rendering the oncological, hematologic and immunological help to children.

In particular, measures for creation of the Center of children's hematology, oncology and clinical immunology, increase in its personnel potential, strengthening of material and technical resources, creating favorable conditions for patients and to providing them are performed by necessary medicines.

At the same time acceptance of additional measures for further enhancement of system of delivery of health care in this direction is required, to widespread introduction of modern standards of diagnostics and treatment, methods of management and funding mechanisms.

For the purpose of improvement of quality of prevention, early identification and treatment of oncological, hematologic and immunological diseases of children, expansion of their scope and ensuring efficiency of treatment, adjustment in the republic of high-technology medical services, providing with effective medicines, implementations in practice of modern standards of diagnostics and treatment, enhancement of system of the organization of activities of the public medical institutions, and also improvements of scientific and personnel potential in this sphere:

1. Take into consideration that in Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030" the task is determined by reducing in 2,5 of time of early death rate from oncological diseases.

2. Determine priority tasks of development of the sphere of children's hematology, oncology and clinical immunology:

within participation in the Global initiative of the World Health Organization of fight against children's cancer increase till 2030 in the level of survival of the children having oncological diseases to 60 percent;

implementation on the basis of the best foreign practices of modern protocols and standards of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of the children having oncological, hematologic and immunological diseases;
