About approval of forms of acts of supervision in the field of merchant shipping

According to subitem 23-2) of Item 3 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About merchant shipping" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) form of the act of supervision of ports and port installations according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the act of supervision of the small size vessel according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since June 8, 2024 and is subject to official publication.
