1. Approve:

1) Regulations on types, the sizes and specific conditions for provision of benefits for education and care of the children placed in service of guardianship/guardianship, foster education and orphanage of family type according to appendix No. 1;

2) Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.

2. For allowance payment for education and care of the children placed in services of guardianship/guardianship, foster education and orphanage of family type to perform costs within the financial resources approved in the government budget including at the expense of target transfers from the government budget in the local authority budget Chisinau and the central budget of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia.

3. Requirements of the Regulations on types, the sizes and specific conditions for provision of benefits for education and care of the children placed in service of guardianship/guardianship, foster education and orphanage of family type are applied since January 1, 2019.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Health, work and social protection.

5. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 3.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
