in the Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:
2) of item 4 to add the subitem with the paragraph third the following content:
"to subsidizing of losses (debts) of the power making organizations which are in utility property, hundred percent of shares (share in the authorized capital) which belong to the state, and performing at the same time activities for production of electrical energy, water (distillate) and heat energy;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, is subject to official publication and is effective till December 31, 2024 inclusive.
