No. 219-225, 238), according to item 276 of the Resolution on enforcement of the Customs code No. 95/2021, approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 93-96, to the Art. 193), with subsequent changes, and the protocol of interdepartmental meeting on activities of economic resident agents of free economic zones of 27.02.2024 I ORDER:
1. In appendix No. 16 to the Technical rules concerning requirements to the data for filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 527-531, 1324),
the code of release "334" will have the following content:
