No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, Item 1) parts (40) Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 193), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 93-96,:

1. Approve Rules of use and filling of the way bill according to appendix.

2. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control, Management on the organization of customs control and assistance to trade.

4. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Rules of use and filling of the way bill

I. General provisions

1. The official of customs post fills in the way bill in the following cases:

a) for goods control, delivered by economic operators from east regions of the Republic of Moldova for the room under customs procedure of export, re-export or temporary export, between internal post of customs control (PVIK) and internal customs post, within customs post, and also for goods control, intended for economic operators from east regions of the Republic of Moldova, between internal customs post and PVIK, within customs post, after customs clearance of the goods coming from external economic transactions;

b) for supervision of the international mailings transported by the operator of universal postal service (IS "Posta Moldovei");
