Based on Items c) and d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 6 – 12, the Art. 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Concept of government service of remote identification of the personality it (is applied).

2. Appoint public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" the owner and the holder of government service of remote identification of the personality.

3. To public organization "Agency of Electronic Control":

1) to provide implementation and continuous development of government service of remote identification of the personality;

2) to provide integration of government service of remote identification of the personality with government service of mobile electronic identity and the signature (MobiSign) for the purpose of remote establishment of identity of applicants on certification of open key;

3) to provide provision of government service of remote identification of the personality;

4) to approve the terms of the contract concerning rendering services in establishment of identity of the personality by means of government service of remote identification of the personality, and the instruction for use it;

5) to approve rates for provision of service of remote identification of the personality.

4. To the public subjects involved in process of implementation of government service of remote identification of the personality to take actions necessary for adaptivising of the corresponding regulatory base.

5. To provide continued operation and development of government service of remote identification of the personality for the account and within the financial resources which are annually allocated from the government budget of the State office for public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" and also from other legal sources.
