Bring in Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 25, 2020 No. 614 "Some questions of the ministry of environment protection and natural resources" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 59, Art. 1853; 2021, No. 17, Art. 676, No. 44, Art. 2686, No. 68, Art. 4278; 2023, No. 70, the Art. 4060) changes which are applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 1, of 2, of the subitem 1, of paragraphs two - the fourth, sixth - the thirty second, thirty eighth - the forty fourth subitem 2 and the subitem 3 Items of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since June 29, 2024.
