About change of the Regulations on procedure for use of electronic tax services by means of AIS "Personal Account of the Taxpayer" approved by the Order GNS No. 125 of 24.02.2020.

For the purpose of enhancement of tax administration, based on h (10) Art. 132-3, of the item 17) h (1) and the item 4) and the item 8) h (2) I ORDER to Art. 133 of the Tax code:

1. To change the regulations on procedure for use of electronic tax services by means of AIS "Personal Account of the Taxpayer" approved by the Order GNS No. 125/2020, as follows:

The Section No. 6 "Service Distribution of Messages" to exclude 1) in appendix No. 1;

2, the Section No. 7 "The service Expanded Information Access about the taxpayer" and the Section No. 8 "Service Distribution of Messages" to exclude 2) in appendix No.;

3) in appendix No. 4 of the list of services for which access is provided, "Service the Main electronic register of tax delivery notes" and "Service Distribution of Messages" to exclude.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
