No. 93-96,:

1. Approve Rules of request and acceptance of special services in carrying out customs control in other places and (or) in off-duty hours for the purpose of customs clearance according to appendix.

2. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on heads of customs bureaus.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control, Management of the organization of customs control and assistance to trade, Department on fight against fraud, Management of risk analysis.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of Internal Security.

5. Cancel the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 557-O/2023 on approval of the Regulations on the statement on customs clearance of goods in other places, than customs posts.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of signing and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
