The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 827 "Some questions of implementation of the state monitoring in the field of protection of atmospheric air" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 70, Art. 2451; 2020, No. 2, the Art. 62, No. 76, the Art. 2432, No. 91, the Art. 2950) and of June 25, 2020 No. 614 "Some questions of the ministry of environment protection and natural resources" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 59, the Art. 1853) the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 1, of paragraphs two, third, the seventeenth, eighteenth, twenty fifth - the twenty eighth, fifty second - the fifty fourth, seventy fourth - the seventy sixth, the eighty eighth, eighty ninth, hundred twenty fifth - the hundred twenty seventh, hundred thirtieth, hundred forty fifth subitem 2 Items 1, of the paragraph of the third subitem 1, of subitems 2 and 3 of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with the Law of Ukraine of March 20, 2023 No. 2973-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather state monitoring system of the environment, information on state of environment (ecological information) and information support of management in the field of the environment".
