About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather social protection of separate categories of the population
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather social protection of separate categories of the population.
2. To the pension fund of Ukraine till October 1, 2024:
develop and approve regulatory legal acts on forming by the insurer of certificates of number of the working persons with disability at the company, in the organizations which are founded by public organizations of persons with disability, with use of software of the web portal of electronic services of the Pension fund of Ukraine based on the data entered in the register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance according to the reporting on charge of single fee on obligatory national social insurance as a part of the reporting under income tax (single tax) submitted the insurer;
provide technical capability of forming by the insurer of the certificate of number of the working persons with disability with use of software of the web portal of electronic services of the Pension fund of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since October 1, 2024.
