Some questions of Public service on emergency situations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Authorize Public service on emergency situations on implementation of functions of the National coordinator of participation of Ukraine in the Mechanism of civil protection of the European Union.

2. Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1052 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 102, Art. 3514; 2023, No. 51, the Art. 2851), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations

1. State subitem 39 in the following edition:

"39) exercises the state supervision (control) in the field of fire and technogenic safety on identification and prevention of violations of requirements of the legislation by subjects of managing, except subjects of managing which are engaged in independent professional activity at the place of residence and do not use wage labor, rescue services;".

2. Add Item with subitems 39-2 and 39-3 of the following content:

"39-2) exercises the state supervision (control) of observance of requirements of fire and technogenic safety in case of work on construction of houses, buildings and constructions, except construction objects which on class of effects (responsibility) belong to objects with insignificant effects (CC 1);
