About approval of the Technical regulation of classification of danger, marking and packaging of chemical products

According to article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring chemical safety and management of chemical products", article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" and the paragraph of the sixth Item 8 of the Section XI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About Waste management" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation of classification of danger, marking and packaging of chemical products (further - the Technical regulation) attached to the original. (22.50Mb In original language)
2. Determine that:
chemical products which were provided in the market before entry into force of this resolution and do not conform to requirements of the Technical regulation, it is provided in the market within one year from the effective date of this resolution;
provision in the market of chemical products, marking and/or packaging of which does not conform to requirements of Sections 3 and/or 4 of the Technical regulation and which is introduced into circulation till January 1, 2027, not can will is forbidden or limited till July 1, 2028 for the reasons of discrepancy to these requirements;
for chemicals classification of danger according to the criteria specified in Items 3.11.2.1-3.11.2 is not carried out. 3, 4.2.2.1-4.2.2.3, 4.3.2.1-4.3.2.4, 4.4.2.1-4.4.2.4 of appendix and to the Technical regulation, information on danger according to Items 3.11.4 is also not placed. 1, 4.2.4.1, 4.3.4.1 and 4.4.4.1 of appendix and to the Technical regulation.
