About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2024 No. 539 and of July 23, 2024 No. 847
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2024 No. 539 "About approval of the Technical regulation of classification of danger, marking and packaging of chemical products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 46, the Art. 2864) and of July 23, 2024 No. 847 "About approval of the Technical regulation on safety of chemical products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 70, the Art. 4212) changes which are applied.
2. Bring in the Technical regulation of classification of danger, marking and packaging of chemical products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2024 No. 539, and in the Technical regulation on safety of chemical products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 23, 2024 No. 847, the changes attached to the original.
3. Determine that within 12 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution in the market chemical products without observance of requirements of the Technical regulation of classification of danger, marking and packaging of chemical products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2024 No. 539 can be provided.
