About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning development of individual educational trajectories and enhancement of educational process

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004 with the following changes):

1) in Article 1 part one:

add with Item 11-1 of the following content:

"11-1) individual educational trajectory of the job seeker of the higher education - the personal way of realization of personal potential of the job seeker of the higher education based on the choice by the job seeker of the higher education of the educational programs, subjects of educational activities realizing them, forms and date of receipt of education, educational components. In the higher education the individual educational trajectory includes, in particular, the sequence of receipt of educational qualifications, the academic mobility, recognition of the results of training received by informal and informalny education etc. The individual educational trajectory is created by the job seeker of the higher education taking into account its capabilities, interests, requirements, motivation, opportunities and experience";

state Items 12 and 14 in the following edition:

"12) qualification - the set recognized as institution of higher education or other subject of educational activities in the field of the higher education and certified by the document on the higher education of the kompetentnost (results of training) determined by the educational program and received by person";
