About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 and of February 27, 2024 No. 213
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 1184; 2019, No. 24, Art. 867; 2023, No. 92, Art. 5353; 2024, No. 11, the Art. 687) and of February 27, 2024 No. 213 "About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 24, the Art. 1553) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication, except Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since June 2, 2024.
