About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "Consular Charter of the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of July 5, 2010 No. 154-FZ "The consular charter of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 28, the Art. 3554) the following changes:
1) regarding the 2nd Article 5:
a) in Item 8 to exclude the word "consular";
b) state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9) rendering assistance in reclamation of personal papers of citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - personal papers);";
2) in Article 27:
a) in the name of the word "Consular Legalization" to replace with the word "Legalization";
b) state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. Legalization of foreign official documents is the procedure providing the authentication of the signature, power of the foreign official performing according to the legislation of the corresponding foreign state of function of confirmation of authenticity of the signature, power of the foreign official who signed the foreign official document and also authenticity of seal or stamp which fasten the foreign official document submitted on legalization.";
c) regarding 3 words of "Consular legalization" to replace with the word "Legalizations";
Article 28 to state 3) in the following edition:
"Article 28. Rendering assistance in reclamation of personal papers
