"Article 19. Types of activity of farm
1. Types of activity of farm are agricultural production and realization of self-produced agricultural products, and also the types of activity which are not connected with agricultural production, providing sustainable development of the rural territories including activities for rendering services in the field of rural tourism.
2. Members of farm independently determine types of activity of farm proceeding from own interests.
3. The farm can realize on the parcel of land used for implementation of the activities from lands of agricultural purpose self-produced agricultural products with use of the rooms located in the capital construction projects, non-capital structures, constructions which are part of property of farm, or non-stationary shopping facilities on condition of placement of such objects on this parcel of land which is not relating to agricultural holdings. Requirements to the rooms specified in this Item are established by the legislation in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population. Placement of non-stationary shopping facilities on these parcels of land is allowed without work, connected with violation of soil layer of the parcel of land.
4. When implementing by farm of activities for rendering services in the field of rural tourism temporary accommodation of tourists in the apartment houses which are part of property of farm is allowed.".
