About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) to state paragraphs of the first and second of the subitem 6 of Item 14 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 to No. 18 in the following edition:
"6) based on separate permissions (decisions) of the National Bank of Ukraine which the National Bank of Ukraine can accept based on orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine provided that acceptance of such permission (decision) will not interfere with accomplishment of the main function by the National Bank of Ukraine on ensuring stability of monetary unit of Ukraine and within its accomplishment to respect for priority of the purposes on achievement and maintenance of price stability in the state to ensuring assistance of financial stability, reliability and stability of functioning of bank system, macrofinancial stability during action of warlike situation and/or it will be approved with the strategy of mitigation of currency restrictions, transition to bigger flexibility of the exchange rate and return to inflation targeting which affirms separate board decision of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall contain:".
