About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

in the first offer of subitem 4 of the word and figures "the paragraph the fourth the subitem 43, the subitem" to exclude;

add Item with the new subitem of the following content:

"17) purchases of foreign currency at the request of the state contractor at the expense of the means collected from the state, the state companies, legal entities whose share of the state in the authorized capital constitutes 100 percent, according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" on condition of their transfer to the accounts of the claimant opened in Ukraine.";

2) in Item 14:

the first offer of subitem 2 to state in the following edition:

"2) transfers by residents on transactions on commodity import (including payment of penalties, penalty fee, bonuses, compensation of the accompanying expenses in connection with accomplishment of the external economic agreement, indemnification in connection with failure to carry out of the external economic agreement) provided that delivery of goods on such transactions is performed/is performed after February 23, 2021.";
