1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

expenses on utility payments on the office buildings and objects of technological base (the closed car park, harvest and washing complex, production sites and workshops) which are on balance of carrier and involved in transportation process;

depreciation expenses on the office buildings and objects of technological base (the closed car park, harvest and washing complex, production sites and workshops) which are on balance of carrier and involved in transportation process on city and suburban routes;

depreciation expenses on the office buildings and objects of technological base (the closed car park, harvest and washing complex, production sites and workshops) involved in transportation process on interdistrict (long-distance intraregional) and raionwide routes;

the salary of the employees of carrier involved in the organization of transportations.

The estimated amount of overheads is applied only on servicing of socially important route by which the constructed fare is determined.

Salary payment to the employees of carrier involved in the organization of transportations is confirmed by the statement from the sheet of salary payment to workers.";
