About the organization of activities of Inspectorate for regulation of the alcoholic and tobacco market under Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Approve structure of Inspectorate for regulation of the alcoholic and tobacco market under Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Inspection) according to appendix No. 1.

Grant to the Attorney-General the introduction right in need of changes in structure of Inspection within the established number and the salary fund of managerial personnel.

2. Determine that:

activities of Inspection are financed by the republican budget and extrabudgetary funds;

the chief of Inspectorate for the status, payment terms of work, medical and transport attendance is equated to the deputy chief of Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office (further - Department);

Inspection the chief appointed to position and dismissed by the Attorney-General based on representation of the deputy attorney general - the department head directs;

Inspection performs activities on the basis of subordination and accountability to the Attorney-General and the deputy attorney general - the department head;

Inspection is legal entity, has separate balance, personal treasurer accounts in Committee of treasurer service of the Ministry of Economics and finance, seal and forms with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and with the name in state language;

employees of Inspectorate are appointed to position and dismissed by the deputy attorney general - the department head based on representation of the chief of Inspection;
