Approve the Procedure for evaluating condition of water disposal and sewage treatment which is applied.

1. This Procedure establishes requirements for evaluating technical condition of objects of centralized and not centralized water disposal (further - objects of water disposal) and qualities of sewage treatment.
2. Action of this Procedure extends to the subjects of managing performing economic activity on centralized and/or not centralized water disposal (further - the companies of water disposal).
3. By results of evaluating technical condition of objects of water disposal and/or quality of sewage treatment the statement according to appendix is drawn up.
4. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Water code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "About water disposal and sewage treatment", "About drinking water and drinking water supply", by DSTU 3321:2003 "System of design documentation. Terms and determinations of the basic concepts".
