About the measures directed to expansion of scope of the children who are spending vacation at children's recreation camps

In recent years in the country large-scale work on strengthening and recovery of health of children, development of their creative potential in the period of school vacation is carried out. In particular, in summer season of 2023 activities of only 196 stationary children's recreation camps were adjusted, 158 thousand children are revitalized.

At the same time increase in number of children's recreation camps in proportion to growth rates of the population is not provided. In spite of the fact that the number of children in the country increased by 71 percent in comparison with 1991, the number of children's recreation camps was reduced twice.

For the purpose of proper and effective establishing activities of children's recreation camps which within last three years did not function or inefficiently functioned 80 stationary children's recreation camps were transferred to the jurisdiction of Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan.

For the purpose of increase in level of scope of children by recreation camps, the organization of informative carrying out their free time in the period of school vacation, education of children in the spirit of patriotism, and also increase in efficiency of works on their improvement:

1. Approve the offers of Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan (further - Federation) providing:

a) realization based on stationary children's recreation camps (further - the camp) projects of mutually advantageous partnership by means of the following mechanisms according to appendix No. 1 with involvement of subjects of entrepreneurship and business entities (further - partners):

provision in lease to partners of part of buildings and constructions and (or) parcels of land of camps for a period of up to 15 years on condition of construction of new buildings or repair and equipment of the existing buildings on part of the territory of camps;
