1. Approve Regulations on procedure and conditions of the organization of long-term leaving it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2024.

1. This Provision regulates procedure and conditions of the organization of long-term leaving.
2. For the purposes of this provision terms and their determinations in the values established by the laws of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", "About social servicing" of June 30, 2022 No. 183-Z "About the rights of disabled people and their social integration", and also the following term and its determination are used:
the citizens needing long-term leaving, – disabled citizens *, the restrictions of capability to independent movement, and (or) capability to self-service, and (or) capability having expressed and (or) sharply expressed to control the behavior, needing simultaneous rendering social, medical, rehabilitation and (or) abilitatsionny services at home.
