About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2023 "About change of the laws concerning social servicing and social payments" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 318-Z

1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

2. Determine that the right to accommodation in special premises in houses of the accompanied accommodation remains for:

the citizens who are not needing services of the accompanied accommodation to which the special premises in these organizations were provided till July 1, 2024;

minor children of the citizens specified in the paragraph the second this Item for accommodation in houses of the accompanied accommodation of their parents, but no more than before attainment of majority.

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

the paragraph forty third appendix Item 6 – since January 1, 2025;

other provisions of this resolution – since July 1, 2024.

1. In Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589:

6.5-12. performs coordination of activities of licensing authorities in the field of social servicing;";

2. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2005 No. 536 "About lists of the productions, works, professions, positions and indicators granting pension entitlement on age for work with special working conditions":

in preamble of the word "with article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992" shall be replaced with words "with part one of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 No. 1596-XII";
