1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of interaction of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications with the foreign agent;

Rules of restriction and renewal of access to information resource of the foreign agent and informing citizens (physical persons) on such restriction.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2020 No. 990 "About order of interaction of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications with the foreign mass media performing functions of the foreign agent, or the Russian legal entity founded by it, and also about procedure for restriction and renewal of access to information resource of the corresponding person and informing citizens (physical persons) on such restriction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 28, the Art. 4440).

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2025 and is effective within 6 years from the date of entry into force.
