About functioning of the Single glossary of legal terms
According to part five of article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About law-making activities" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the Single enclosed glossary of legal terms.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Justice in six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution creation of the Single glossary of legal terms and the beginning of its functioning.
3. To provide to the ministries in three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution representation to the Ministry of Justice of offers on inclusion of legal terms in the Single glossary of legal terms.
4. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About law-making activities".

1. This Provision determines procedure for forming and maintaining the Single glossary of legal terms (further - the Glossary), entering into it and the information processing, and also information access containing in the Glossary.
2. The purpose of creation of the Glossary is ensuring unity of the terminology used in regulatory legal acts, the correct understanding and interpretation of terms and assistance to subjects of law-making activities by preparation of normative and legal and other acts.
3. In this Provision terms are used in the following value:
1) the administrator the Glossary-state company belonging to the sphere of management of Ministry of Justice;
