About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs.

2. Determine that till December 31, 2024 inclusive the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in case of the direction according to Item 12 of Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts containing the data which are the state secret, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1084 "About procedure for maintaining the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret", data on the conclusion, on change, on execution, on termination of the public contract according to the state defense order signed from the date of entry into force of this resolution till December 31, 2024 inclusive, in addition to data, stipulated in Item 3 specified Rules, send to the Federal Treasury the following additional data in form according to appendix:

a) the identifier of the public contract according to the state defense order;

b) the reason of change of conditions of such contract (it is specified if as of date of the direction of data change of terms of the contract is performed);

c) price type on products according to the state defense order (in the cases provided by the Federal Law "About the State Defense Order");
