About modification of the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on production, purchase and delivery of ammunition

Bring in the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on production, purchase and delivery of ammunition approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2023 No. 763 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 75, Art. 4239; 2024, No. 3, the Art. 99, No. 18, the Art. 1167), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on production, purchase and delivery of ammunition

1. In paragraph one of Item 6 of the word "purchase of explosives" shall be replaced with words "purchase and production of explosives, materials".

2. The paragraph one of Item 7 after the word to add "purchase" with the words "and production".

3. In paragraph one of Item 8 of the word "delivery of ammunition and military units" shall be replaced with words "delivery of ammunition, military units and explosive materials".

4. In Item 10:
