About approval of the Procedure for determination and limiting use of sizes of consumption of electric power
According to the laws of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", "About legal regime of warlike situation", "About the market of electrical energy", "About functioning of fuel and energy complex during the special period", "About mobilization preparation and mobilization", "About critical infrastructure", for the purpose of preserving integrity of the integrated power system of Ukraine in the conditions of the balance sheet and network restrictions caused by mass damages of critical energy infrastructure, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for determination and limiting use of sizes of consumption of the enclosed electric power.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. This resolution becomes effective in month from the date of its publication and is effective during the period of warlike situation and six months after its termination or cancellation.
