1. To add Item 1 of the Section VI of the Standard agreement on voluntary payment of insurance premiums for obligatory national pension insurance approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of February 01, 2023 No. 6-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 02, 2023 at No. 382/39438, after paragraph one with paragraphs second, third the following content:

"This agreement is considered prolonged on the same conditions till December 31 of the next year if the participant after effective period of this Agreement determined in paragraph one of this Item continued to pay insurance premiums.

Being guided by part three of Article 631 of the Civil code of Ukraine, the Parties approved that the condition provided by the paragraph the second this Item extends to the legal relationship of the Parties which arose during the period since January 01 of the corresponding year.".
