1. Approve enclosed:

Requirements to marking and packaging of seeds;

Requirements to marking and packaging of landing material.

2. Determine that:

forms of labels, numbers to which were assigned by the conformity assessment body falling within the scope of management of Minagropolitiki before entry into force of this order can be used by subjects of seed farming and pitomnikovodstvo within two months after entry into force of this order;

provision in the market of batches of seeds which are marked and packed according to procedure for marking and packaging of batches of seeds of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the order of July 10, 2017 No. 348, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 18, 2017 at No. 1142/31010, and are introduced into circulation before entry into force of this order or within two months after entry into force, cannot be limited or it is forbidden for the reasons of discrepancy to all or separate requirements approved by this order.
