Some questions of export of separate goods to member states of the European Union

For the purpose of observance of conditions of export of separate goods on customs area of member states of the European Union within action of the temporary measures of trade liberalization applied to the Ukrainian products according to the Agreement on association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and other state members, on the other hand, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2023 No. 1402 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2024" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 11, of the Art. 694) the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution regarding goods "Meat and edible offal of poultry: dunghill hens (Gallus domesticus), ducks, geese, guinea fowls" and "Meat of turkey-cocks and edible offal of turkey-cocks" which becomes effective since July 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2023 No. 1402

1. Add Item 1 with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) amounts of quotas of goods which export to member states of the European Union is subject to licensing, according to appendix 5.".

2. Add the resolution with appendix 5 of the following content:
