About approval of Changes in Rules of creation and submission of the reporting by participants of the market of non-bank financial services to the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 16, of 21, 43 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", Articles 47, 114 Laws of Ukraine "About insurance", for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of functions by the National Bank of Ukraine on normative legal regulation of activities for provision of financial services and supervision of such activities of board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Approve Changes in Rules of creation and submission of the reporting by participants of the market of the non-bank financial services to the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 25, 2021 No. 123 (with changes) (further - Changes in Rules) which are applied.
2. Finance companies, pawnshops submit the LRF01 "Data of Regulatory Balance" files, LRF02 "Data on Off-balance Obligations" to the National Bank of Ukraine:
