1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of execution of electronic surveillance, use of electronic and other technical means of control (further - the Procedure) according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic (the bodies performing punishment), the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time:
- draft departmental acts on realization of the Procedure;
- take other measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
