Questions of implementation of the pilot project on implementation of commodity-transport delivery note electronically in the field of domestic freight transportation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures concerning realization within two years of the pilot project on implementation of commodity-transport delivery note electronically with use of electronic document management system electronic commodity-transport waybill in the field of domestic freight transportation (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on implementation of commodity-transport delivery note electronically in the field of the enclosed domestic freight transportation.

3. Determine that:

1) for implementation of the pilot project Items 2 and 18 of the Procedure for maintaining the Unified register of commodity-transport delivery notes on movement of alcoholic beverages approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 2013 No. 806 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 87, Art. 3219; 2019, No. 54, Art. 1878), are applied in the part which is not contradicting the Procedure approved by this resolution;

2) coordinator of the pilot project is the Ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructure;

3) participants of the pilot project are the Ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructure, Public service of safety on transport, the Department of Energy, the Ministry of agrarian policy, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National police, the State Tax Service, the Agency of recovery and development of infrastructure, Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections, the state company "Industry Center of Digitalization and Cyber Security", and also from consent "Institute of Analytics and Advokation" public organization, participants of freight transportation, operators of platforms of electronic document management, users.
