1. This Procedure determines features of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the SSU concerning counterintelligence, operational search activities and activities in the field of protection of the state secret which affect the rights, freedoms, legitimate interests of citizens or have interdepartmental nature (further - regulatory legal acts of the SSU).
State registration of regulatory legal acts of the SSU about modification of regulatory legal acts of the SSU concerning activities in the field of protection of the state secret or recognition of these acts invalid which are registered by the Representative of the President of Ukraine for control of activities of the SSU is performed according to requirements of the legislation on state registration of regulatory legal acts.
State registration of regulatory legal acts of the SSU is performed by Ministry of Justice according to requirements of this Procedure.
