Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 11, 2021 No. 864 "Questions of the organization of monitoring of quality of provision of administrative services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, the Art. 4235) the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 11, 2021 No. 864

1. In the resolution:

1) in Item 2:

exclude subitem 4;

in the subitem 6 of figure "2022" to replace with figures "2024";

2) in Item 3:

in the subitem 4 of figure "2022" to replace with figures "2025";

add Item with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"To perform 5) before date of promulgation of the message on completion of monitoring system of implementation and carrying out monitoring with use own technical and software without placement of the reporting on results of monitoring in the specified system.".

2. According to the procedure of carrying out monitoring of quality of provision of administrative services and promulgation of information on results of monitoring of quality of provision of administrative services, approved by the specified resolution:

1) Item 1 after the words "in carrying out monitoring" to add with words ", creation of rating of subjects of provision of administrative services and the centers of provision of administrative services";
