Bring in the Procedure for debt repayment on the judgments which accomplishment is guaranteed by the state, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 3, 2014 to No. 440 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 75, Art. 2129; 2017, No. 93, the Art. 2823), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for debt repayment on the judgments which accomplishment is guaranteed by the state

1. In item 4:

1) in the paragraph the second words "the bank account (in case of availability - the reference of bank) with indication of the bank name, its IFI, code according to EGRPOU, account number (current, transit, card), surnames, name, middle name of the account holder" shall be replaced with words "bank accounts, other financial institution, non-bank predostavitel of payment services (in case of availability - the reference of bank, financial institution, the non-bank payment service provider)", and words of "the company of mail service" - words of "operators of mail service";

2) in the paragraph the thirteenth words of "bank account" shall be replaced with words "bank accounts, other financial institution, non-bank predostavitel of payment services", and words of "the company of mail service" - words of "operators of mail service".
